5% cancellation charge applies

- Refunds will be processed within 3 working days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method or platform account (if applicable)
3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, MakeMyUtsav may provide a partial refund based on the situation. This may include:
- Delay in service
- Partial completion of work
- Service quality issues
- Verified customer complaints
Refund amount will be decided by MakeMyUtsav and will be final.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refund may not be provided if:
- Incorrect details are provided by the customer
- Customer is unavailable at the service location
- Last-minute changes are made by the customer
- Service could not be completed due to customer-side issues
5. Unforeseen Situations
Sometimes, services may be affected due to situations beyond control, such as:
- Heavy rain or flood
- Traffic delays
- Accidents
- Government restrictions
- Other unexpected events
In such cases, MakeMyUtsav will try to support and resolve the issue. Refund or compensation (full/partial) will be decided case-by-case.
